GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure successful delivery of your order, please confirm that your shipping address is entered correctly and includes all required details. Accurate street names, unit or apartment numbers, building information, and proper abbreviations are essential for timely delivery. Artistry By Victoria is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

TARIFFS, DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipped to certain destinations may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Artistry by Victoria is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes, as these are beyond our control. If customs duties or taxes are refused or remain unpaid and the package is returned or discarded by the carrier, no refunds will be issued.

We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order to better understand any potential charges.

PACKAGE PROTECTION

To help protect your shipment from loss, damage, or theft, Route Package Protection is automatically added to your order at checkout. This coverage allows you to file a claim for a refund or replacement if an eligible issue occurs.

If Route Package Protection is removed from your order, you are waiving this protection. In such cases, any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier, and solutions may not be guaranteed.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages.
  • Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
  • If a carrier confirms successful delivery and denies a claim, we cannot issue refunds, credits, or replacements.

PROCESSING TIME (2–4 BUSINESS DAYS)

All orders require a processing period before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time and typically takes 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once payment is authorized and verified, standard orders will begin processing. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product type. Certain items, such as Lash Training Kits, may require additional processing time.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery timelines listed below are estimates only and do not include processing time. Please allow an additional 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping time begins once the order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, not from the date the order is placed. After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–8 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: Varies by region (10–22 business days, or up to 75 business days in some cases)

Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs delays, carrier issues, holidays, or weather conditions.

TRACKING INFORMATION

All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly and that your inbox is able to receive messages.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

We take great care to ensure all orders are packaged accurately and securely. Each order is carefully checked prior to shipment to minimize errors. Please note that all lashes are handcrafted and may have slight variations. These variations do not indicate defects and are part of the product’s unique quality. Once your package has shipped, we are not responsible for damage, loss, or theft that occurs in transit.

LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional return and reshipping fees.

For international orders, returned packages are typically disposed of by the carrier and cannot be retrieved.
