Are your lashes reusable?

Yes. With proper care, our lashes are designed to be reusable multiple times. Gently remove adhesive after each wear and store them in their original packaging to maintain their shape and quality.

How long do your lashes last?

The longevity of our lashes depends on usage and care. When properly maintained, they can be worn multiple times while retaining their premium look and feel.

What kind of lashes do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of lashes ranging from different styles and lash fibers. We offer Mink Lashes, Russian Volume Silk Lashes (Extension Wispies), and our Handmade Lashes.

Our handmade strip lashes are meticulously crafted by placing individual lash fans along the band, creating a seamless and elevated finish.

How do I maintain the longevity and health of my our lashes?

To maintain the longevity and quality of your lashes, we recommend cleansing them after each use and storing them in their original tray. Gently remove any excess adhesive from the lash band before washing. Using our Mink or Standard Lash Care Kit, cleanse the lashes with our lash shampoo and cleansing brush, brushing in a downward motion. Rinse thoroughly with distilled water, then softly comb through the lashes with a clean mascara wand. Allow lashes to air dry or gently fan dry before reuse.

Order Information

Where is my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. When your package begins moving in transit, a separate email containing your tracking information will be sent. Please ensure all contact and shipping details are entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During high-volume periods such as sales, product launches, or holidays, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.

Please review product descriptions carefully for pre-order items, as shipping timelines may vary. While some pre-order items ship within 1–2 business days, delivery may take 2–3 weeks or longer depending on availability.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. All orders include a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

To ensure prompt fulfillment, Artistry By Victoria begins processing orders immediately after they are placed. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once submitted.

If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Why hasn’t my tracking number updated?

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment. In some cases, there may be no update if the package has not yet reached the next scanning point or if there has been no change in transit status.

My package appears lost. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived within 21 days of shipment (or up to 6 weeks for international orders) and shows no tracking updates, please contact us and your local postal service for assistance.

Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier cannot be replaced or refunded. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout, and Artistry By Victoria is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once delivery is confirmed.

Are there international customs fees, duties, or taxes?

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes. Artistry By Victoria is not responsible for additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We conduct thorough quality checks before shipping to ensure all items meet our standards. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and assist accordingly.

I am not receiving order updates or emails.

Please confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct. If you are not receiving updates, contact us with your order number, full name, and correct email address, and we will gladly resend any necessary information.
