What is the Brand Ambassador / Affiliate Program?
Our program allows you to earn rewards by promoting our beauty, cosmetics and lash products. As an ambassador, you'll receive exclusive access to products, brand perks, discounts, brand events, photoshoots and more!

How do I join the Brand Ambassador Program?
Simply sign up through our website by filling out an application form. Once approved, an Artistry by Victoria team member will reach out to you with your welcome package and next steps.

Is the Brand Ambassador/Affiliate program a short-term or long-term commitment?
Our Brand Ambassador program is intended for long-term commitment, while our PR Program is ideal for customers who are seeking a short-term commitment.

What are the role requirements to be an ambassador?
We ask that you have an active social media presence (Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok, etc.) and are willing to share photos, videos, and reviews of our products. You'll also be required to submit content on a regular basis as part of the agreement.

Can I use discount codes for my followers?
Yes! Being apart of our Brand Ambassador/ Affiliate Program means that you are also apart of our ABV Team! As a brand ambassador, you will be provided with 2 discount codes. A personal to use on yourself while shopping our products as well as, a separate code for your friends and family.

Is the charge for the PR Box re-occuring?
No. The charge for our Subscription PR Boxes is not re-occuring. It's a monthly subscription, meaning you will only receive products for the months that you've paid for.

What happens if I don't pay for the Subscription/PR Box for the next month?
If you don't pay for the PR Box the following month, your subscription will be paused. Due to this, you won't receive another PR box until the next payment is made.
You can always reactivate your subscription whenever you're ready!

Can I choose the products that go in my subscription box?
Yes, if you would like to choose your own specific products for your subscription box please choose the "assorted" box. Upon adding your order to the cart, in the notes tab on the checkout screen, please specify what products you would like in your PR Box.

How do I sign up for the subscription?
To sign up for the PR subscription, simply visit our website, choose the PR Box you'd like, and complete your payment. Once your payment is received, your subscription will be activated, and a member of the Artistry By Victoria team will reach out to guide you through the next steps.

The cost of our PR Boxes depends on the products included and the size of the box you choose. Since we offer different box sizes and a variety of products, the price will vary based on the specific PR box you select.

Is shipping included in the subscription price?
Shipping is not included in your monthly subscription. During checkout, you'll see the regular price of the subscription box, along with the shipping cost based on your location. Your overall order total will reflect both charges.
